Each training session, your athlete will be routinely trained in:

  • Strength & Conditioning Exercises that strengthen & develop lower body muscle movements.
  • Proper Technique that enhances speed, agility & coordination.
  • Fundamental Drills that improve 1-on-1 skillset allowing to get past defenders.
  • Practice Drills that level-up overall skill, sport verbiage & in-game knowledge.

All training sessions incorporate our training kits so that athletes can train on the go, even when they’re away from their trainers.
