TRAINING
AJILITY SPORTS TRAINING

HOW IT WORKS
Group Sessions = 8-12 kids
o Strongly encourage since these workouts will have constant reps of: Techniques, fundamentals and drills that teach athletes skill development in a group setting. All kids will be grouped based on either their age or skill level.
Private Sessions = 1-2 kids
o We recommend a Private Session at least once every 2 months. This allows for trainers to directly instruct what skills need to be focused on for your athlete.
Time = 1 hr. 15 minutes (All Sessions)
o 30 minutes = Speed & Agility Training
o 30 minutes = Fundamentals & Skill Development (Specific Sport)
o 15 minutes = Scrimmaging

I vs. II
o “I” – Beginner Training: Sessions introduce new players to the AJILITY team, drills, techniques & equipment. These sessions focus on introducing athletes to fundamental drills that will be frequently introduced during the “II” Advanced Training sessions.
o “II” – Advanced Training: Sessions incorporate everything from level “I” training plus more advanced drills, 1-on-1 moves, game knowledge and defensive strategies. These sessions target to teach more advanced moves that can be practiced at home and used in a game.
