What do I need to bring for practice?
Always bring 3 things: A BALL (i.e. basketball, football, soccerball, etc… *depends on the sport your child plays), SHOES (i.e. soccer cleats, football cleats, basketball shoes *depends on the sport) and most importantly Water.
Do I need to bring any workout equipment?
No, ALL workout equipment will be provided by each trainer.
Can I cancel a workout or switch my training session?
You can cancel a workout or switch a training session 48 hours before the workout begins.
Can I move my training session?
Yes, if the training session is changed 48 hours prior.
I did not receive a confirmation about my training session.
We send out a text/email notification once paid in advance. If you did not receive the email or text, please email info@ajility.us and also let your trainer know so that we can fix the problem for the next session.
Where do I send my child’s Medical Waiver form?
You can bring the completed form to the first training session and give it to your trainer.
